Basketball Recap: New Life Camp Piles Up the Points Against Durham Flight Homeschool

New Life Camp posted their biggest victory since February 5th on Saturday. They breezed by the Durham Flight HomeSchool Flight to the tune of 44-11. The team accrued 36 points in the first half and coasted on those for the win.

New Life Camp's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Hannah Brown led the charge by going 8 for 14 on her way to 16 points in addition to seven boards and three steals. The matchup was Brown's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Caroline Brown, who posted ten points and three steals.

New Life Camp pushed their record up to 3-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.0 points per game. As for Durham Flight HomeSchool, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
