Panguitch's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to Wayne on Thursday. Everything went the Panguitch Bobcats' way against the Piute Thunderbirds as the Panguitch Bobcats made off with a 54-30 win. The Bobcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 24 points or more this season.

Panguitch got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Mallory Henrie out in front who almost dropped a double-double on 16 points and nine boards. Henrie's evening made it four games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tayt Miller, who posted eight points in addition to 12 rebounds and five assists.

Panguitch's win bumped their record up to 13-5. As for Piute, they dropped their record down to 10-6 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Panguitch will take on Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Piute, they and Milford will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played.
