Recap: Math Science & Engineering vs. Hunter College Hawks
Math Science & Engineering had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 16 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They came out on top against Hunter College by a score of 40-33.
Hunter College lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Noah Kay, who scored nine points along with ten rebounds. Kay has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times he's played. Another player making a difference was Andrew Choy, who scored three points along with nine steals.
Math Science & Engineering now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Hunter College, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.
Math Science & Engineering will head out on the road to face off against Art & Design at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Art & Design is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home. Hunter College will be home for the holidays to greet Randolph Campus at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
