Basketball Recap: New Hope Victorious

New Hope's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They managed a 66-60 win over the Corinth Warriors. The Trojans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Warriors, too.

New Hope is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.8 points per game. As for Corinth, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

New Hope will host West Point at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Corinth, they will venture away from home to take on Clarksdale at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Clarksdale has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
