Volleyball Recap: Wagoner Comes Up Short

If Wagoner was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Skiatook on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bulldogs came up short against the Collinsville Cardinals on Thursday, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bulldogs of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Wagoner's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Collinsville, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-6.

Wagoner didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Edison on the 22nd. As for Collinsville, they will venture away from home to challenge Pryor at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
