Basketball Recap: Leonia's Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak at Home

Leonia lost against Park Ridge back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Leonia Lions might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Park Ridge Owls an easy 60-35 victory.

Leonia's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 0-2. As for Park Ridge, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Leonia will take on Bogota in a holiday battle at at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Park Ridge, they will be home for the holidays to greet Saddle River Day on Saturday.
