Baseball Recap: Williams Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Williams and Bagdad squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Williams had to settle for second. They fell 6-3 to the Sultans. The Vikings have struggled against the Sultans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Williams saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mario Pedraza, who went 2-for-4 with one double and one RBI.

Williams' loss dropped their record down to 16-10-1. As for Bagdad, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 22-4.

As of now, neither Williams nor the Sultans have any future games scheduled.
