Soccer Recap: West Plains Takes a Loss

The West Plains Zizzers lost 4-1 to the Warrensburg Tigers on Saturday.

West Plains' defeat dropped their record down to 7-11-1. As for Warrensburg, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-10-1 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Plains will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Carl Junction at 7:00 p.m. on the 13th. As for Warrensburg, they will square off against Knob Noster at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
