Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Maricopa). They breezed past the Shandon Outlaws to the tune of 83-29 on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Indians sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Maricopa's win bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Shandon, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Coming up, Maricopa won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Laton at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Indians will be up against the Mustangs' rather soft defense (which has allowed 57 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Shandon, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on San Luis Obispo Classical Academy at 6:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026.
