Volleyball Recap: Jefferson Gets the Win

Jefferson lost to Roosevelt back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Cavaliers came out on top against the Rough Riders by a score of 3-1.

Jefferson had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 25-27, 25-20, 25-12, 26-24.

The win got Jefferson back to even at 1-1. As for Roosevelt, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jefferson will head out to face off against Washington at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Roosevelt, they will venture away from home to challenge Chaska at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
