Football Recap: Waterloo East Comes Up Short at Home Against Waterloo West

Waterloo East unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They were dealt a 50-7 defeat at the hands of the Waterloo West Wahawks on Friday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Coming up, Waterloo East will square off against Marshalltown at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Waterloo West, they will face off against Dubuque Senior at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
