Basketball Recap: Hudson Takes a Loss

Hudson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 45-39 heartbreaker at the hands of the Rusk Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Hornets of the 52-39 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

Hudson's loss dropped their record down to 10-16. As for Rusk, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-17.

Hudson will take on Center at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rusk, they will square off against Bullard at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
