Volleyball Recap: Cavalier Tornadoes vs. Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier Rangers
Cavalier was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier Rangers. The Tornadoes were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rangers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2019.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-11.
Cavalier now has a losing record at 5-6. As for Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 14-5-1.
Cavalier will play host again on Tuesday to welcome North Border co-op [Walhalla/Pembina], where the match is scheduled at 8:45 p.m. Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier has already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Maple Valley on the 5th.
