Basketball Recap: Pleasant Hope Now 7-2 over Last Nine Games

Pleasant Hope won the last time they faced New Covenant Academy and things went their way on Saturday too. The Pleasant Hope Pirates came out on top against the New Covenant Academy Warriors by a score of 69-56. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Pirates.

Pleasant Hope has also been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for New Covenant Academy, they now have a losing record at 6-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pleasant Hope will take on Aurora Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Aurora Christian Academy will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Pleasant Hope surely won't give up without a fight. New Covenant Academy has already played their next contest (against Billings), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
