Basketball Recap: Plum Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Kiski Area, Plum was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 71-68 win over the Indiana Little Indians. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Mustangs considering their 30-point performance the matchup before.

Plum's victory bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Indiana, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.

Plum will challenge Hampton at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hampton will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Plum surely won't give up without a fight. As for Indiana, they will square off against Penn Hills at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Indiana's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four games.
