It was a good run, but Davis Sr. unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell 2-0 to the Whitney Wildcats. The loss put an end to the Blue Devils' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Davis Sr. fell to 4-1-2. As for Whitney, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 3-0-3 record this season.

Davis Sr. will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Del Oro at 5:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Whitney, they will be home for the holidays to greet Clovis North at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Clovis North is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.8 goals per game this season.
