Lancaster came tearing into Wednesday's matchup with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.8 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Reynoldsburg Raiders a 6-0 shutout. Considering the Golden Gales have won eight games by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Lancaster's victory bumped their record up to 15-4. As for Reynoldsburg, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-13-1 record this season.
