Baseball Recap: Pleasant Hill Extends Winning Streak to Four

With a playoff win on the line, Pleasant Hill rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Summit Christian Academy Eagles 7-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Roosters/Chicks have posted since May 5th.

The win was the fourth in a row for Pleasant Hill, bringing their record up to 15-16. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.5 runs over those games. As for Summit Christian Academy, with the defeat, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 28-5.

As of now, neither Pleasant Hill nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
