It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Caravel had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They really took it to the Hodgson Vo-Tech Eagles for the full four quarters, racking up a 67-27 win. The Buccaneers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 21 points or more this season.

Hodgson Vo-Tech lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Marissa Isbell, who posted nine points. Sanaa Saunders Young was another key player, putting up six points and eight boards.

The victory (which was Caravel's third in a row) raised their record to 18-3. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.7 points over those games. As for Hodgson Vo-Tech, they moved to 14-8 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Caravel nor Hodgson Vo-Tech have any future games scheduled.
