Cliffside Park had lost three straight on the road, but on Wednesday they dropped their record down to 7-10 to make it four. They took an 11-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ridgefield Park Scarlets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Scarlets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-2 on Monday.

Cliffside Park got a good showing from Matthew Padron, who pitched 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. That one hit allowed gave Padron a new career-low.
