Owyhee put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let the Lake City Timberwolves get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory. The Storm's pitching crew has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a run in their last four matches.

Hailey Brennan tossed a big game, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 14 over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one hit in six consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Elysa Gaytan was incredible, going 3-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple. Those three hits gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of McKenna Schab, who went 2-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

Owyhee lost a few balls and finished the game with three home runs. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now launched at least two home runs in nine consecutive contests dating back to last season.

Owyhee pushed their record up to 7-0 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Lake City, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 3-2-1.
