Metuchen piles up the points against North Plainfield

Recap: Metuchen Bulldogs vs. North Plainfield Canucks
The Metuchen Bulldogs won against the North Plainfield Canucks last Thursday with 35 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Thursday. Metuchen blew past North Plainfield 35-0 on the road. The win was familiar territory for Metuchen who now have four in a row.
Metuchen's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Cody Cardillo led the charge by rushing for 78 yards and two touchdowns. Matt Flood also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.
Metuchen's win bumped their record up to 5-5. As for North Plainfield, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.
Metuchen does not have any more games scheduled as of now. North Plainfield also has no future games currently scheduled.
