Soccer Recap: Arlington Now 5-1 over Last Six Games

Arlington proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by six) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They never let the Lamar Vikings get on the board and left with a 1-0 win. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but the Colts were the better team in the second half.

Arlington has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That somehow still isn't as good as their 12-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 19 goals over those six matchups. Lamar's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 10-6.

Looking ahead, Arlington will challenge Martin at 8:00 p.m. on March 11th. As for Lamar, they will square off against Bowie at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
