Volleyball Recap: First Christian Triumphs

First Christian won the last time they faced Westwood Christian and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Lions walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Warriors.

First Christian easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-18.

First Christian now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Westwood Christian, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Coming up, First Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against Gainesville Christian Community at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Westwood Christian, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Corinth Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on the 26th.
