Liberty put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Asotin Panthers. Considering the Lancers have won three matches by more than eight runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
Jordyn Jeske was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out 15 over seven innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one earned run any time she's pitched this season. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. She is on a roll when it comes to home runs, as she's now launched at least one in each of the last three games she's played. Liberty kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in four consecutive games.
