Basketball Recap: Open Door Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Open Door Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 43-40 heartbreaker at the hands of the Joseph Eagles.

Open Door Christian Academy now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Joseph, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-4.

Open Door Christian Academy will be home for the holidays to greet Horizon Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Joseph, they will head out to challenge Sherman at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
