Baseball Recap: Ottawa Hills Comes Up Short

Ottawa Hills was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss. They came up short against the Wyoming Wolves, falling 11-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-2 on Tuesday.

Ottawa Hills saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Yoelvis Rodriguez, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run.

Ottawa Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 1-18. As for Wyoming, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-4.

Coming up, Ottawa Hills will head out on the road to challenge Kelloggsville at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Wyoming, they will be playing at home against Wayland at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Wolves surely won't give up without a fight.
