Football Recap: Mahomet-Seymour Comes Up Short on the Road Against Morton + How To Watch

Mahomet-Seymour had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They and the Morton Potters were almost perfectly matched up on Friday, but the Bulldogs suffered a 28-27 defeat. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Potters apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Ryan Pruitt threw for 34 yards on eight of 14 attempts.

Mahomet-Seymour will take on Morris at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Morton, they will square off against Marian Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
