Volleyball Recap: St. Agnes Comes Up Short

St. Agnes was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Washburn Millers.

St. Agnes now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Washburn, they pushed their record up to 14-4 with the win, which was their eighth straight on the road.

St. Agnes didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Bethlehem Academy on the 4th. As for Washburn, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Chatfield on the 3rd.
