De La Salle is 9-0-1 against Foothill since January of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The De La Salle Spartans will face off against the Foothill Falcons at 6:30 p.m. One thing working in De La Salle's favor is that they have posted at least four goals in their last three matchups.

De La Salle's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They put the hurt on Marin Academy with a sharp 4-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Spartans, who have now won six contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Foothill managed to keep up with Livermore until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Foothill came up short against Livermore, falling 3-0. The result was nothing new for the Falcons as the team haven't won a game since January 4th.

De La Salle is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 28 goals over those eight games. As for Foothill, their loss dropped their record down to 5-9-2.

De La Salle took their victory against Foothill in their previous matchup back in January of 2024 by a conclusive 4-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for De La Salle since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
