 In what's become a running theme this season, Alisal gave their fans yet another huge  win on Friday. They never let the Anzar Hawks onto the board and left with  a   23-0  victory. That's more bragging rights for Alisal, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
  Jasmine Estrada and  Micah Smith made a big impact while hitting and pitching. Throwing,  Estrada   pitched  an inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits (she also didn't allow any  walks). Meanwhile,  Smith   struck out seven batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits (and only one walk). At bat,  Estrada  went 1-for-2 with three  RBI, a  triple,  and a  stolen base, while  Smith  scored three  runs and  stole three bases while  getting on base  in all three of her plate appearances. Smith is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as she's  now  stolen  at least one in the last three games she's  played.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Jordan Smith, who  got on base  in three of her four plate appearances with a  home run, three  stolen bases,  and four  runs.  Alisal will be staying on the road  on Friday to face off against Rancho San Juan at 4:30  p.m. As for Anzar, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  25-0  loss vs. Soledad on the 15th.
