Anderson kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 17 hits. They are a perfect 5-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

Meanwhile, Bastrop unfortunately witnessed the end of their 11-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of Crockett by a score of 11-10. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Bears, who until this contest were averaging 3.83 runs allowed.

Bastrop got a massive performance out of Jessa Clay, who scored a run while going 3-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Bailey Merritt, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Friday's match will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Anderson hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .414. However, it's not like Bastrop struggles in that department as they've averaged .447. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.

Anderson might still be hurting after the 18-1 loss they got from Bastrop in their previous meeting back in March. Can the Trojans avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
