Volleyball Recap: West Wins Going Away Against Centennial

West won the last time they faced Centennial and things went their way on Thursday too. The Cowboys put the hurt on the Stars with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cowboys.

While West won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-18, 26-24.

West's victory bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Centennial, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West will venture away from home to face off against Newark at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cowboys are facing the Wildcats at the right time seeing as the Wildcats are stuck on a ten-game losing streak. As for Centennial, they are taking a road trip to take on Tree of Life Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
