Sheridan has gone a perfect 10-0 against El Dorado recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Sheridan Yellowjackets will host the El Dorado Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Sheridan is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Cabot just ended the team's 14-game winning streak dating back to last season on Monday. They took a 7-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers. The contest marked the Yellowjackets' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Mason Wilson made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run. That home run marked the first that she launched this season. Another player making a difference was Skylar Sterritt, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-4.

Meanwhile, El Dorado was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 12-1 to Arkansas.

Having lost for the first time this season, Sheridan fell to 5-1. As for El Dorado, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.

Sheridan took their victory against El Dorado when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 15-0. Does Sheridan have another victory up their sleeve, or will El Dorado turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
