With a playoff win on the line, Central rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They never let the Opelika Bulldogs get on the board and left with a 56-0 victory. Considering the Red Devils have won 17 matchups by more than 19 points this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Central didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. Madison Fuller picked up that interception and then proceeded to rub salt in the wound by taking it back the other way for a touchdown. She got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Central's win bumped their record up to 18-0. As for Opelika, they moved to 8-7 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Coming up, Central will square off against Smiths Station at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Panthers will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something the Red Devils surely won't give up without a fight. Opelika does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
