Greenon's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They never let the Carroll Patriots get on the board and left with a 13-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won four games by 13 runs or more so far this season.

Danielle Henderson made a big impact no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out ten over six innings pitched. She has been consistent : she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in six consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4.

In other batting news, Peyton Walker and Haley Ivon did most of the damage at the plate: Walker scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-5, while Ivon scored two runs while going 4-for-4. Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Greenon will square off against Fairborn at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Carroll, they will take on Badin at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
