Volleyball Recap: Costa Mesa Find Success

Costa Mesa won the last time they faced Woodbridge and things went their way on Thursday too. The Mustangs came out on top against the Warriors by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustangs.

Costa Mesa got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 29-31, 25-16, 25-22.

Costa Mesa's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Woodbridge, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Costa Mesa will challenge Estancia at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Woodbridge, they are headed away from home for the first time to take on El Toro at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
