Lakeview is 0-9 against Schuyler since March of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Lakeview Vikings will head out on the road to take on the Schuyler Warriors at 5:00 p.m.
Sadly, Lakeview is still looking for their first win of the season after five matchups. Their tough 4-1 loss to Lutheran/Norfolk Catholic on Monday might stick with them for a while. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Lakeview couldn't push the score so high this time.

Meanwhile, Schuyler scored the most goals they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They never let Lincoln Lutheran/Raymond Central onto the board and left with a 10-0 victory. The win was just what Schuyler needed coming off of a 5-1 defeat in their prior contest.
Lakeview's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Schuyler, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2.
Lakeview might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Schuyler when the teams last played back in May of 2022. Can Lakeview avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
