On Friday Kadence Bone scored two runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-4. The performance marked the most hits Bone has had since back in March of 2024. Perhaps unsurprisingly, she's been consistent in that area too: the match was her fourth straight with two or more. For the season, she has slashed 0.615/0.800/0.846 with 16 runs, plus 22 stolen bases.

Bone and Phoebus will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Bethel at 4:30 p.m. on the 15th. Bone had to take a loss the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their contest back in May of 2024 12-7.
