Union County entered their tilt with Cumberland Gap on Thursday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They blew past the Panthers 13-1. Considering the Patriots have won six matches by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Union County pushed their record up to 8-3 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.3 runs over those games. As for Cumberland Gap, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Coincidentally, Union County and Cumberland Gap will both be playing Clinton the next time they take the field. Cumberland Gap will host Clinton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Union County will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
