St. Peter's extends road losing streak to 12

Recap: St. Peter's Spartans vs. Lucas Cubs
This season hasn't been kind to the St. Peter's Spartans, who are still winless after their fifth contest. They were outmatched by Lucas on the road and fell 67-21. St. Peter's was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 57-8.
It was another big night for Logan Toms , who scored 16 points along with five rebounds and four steals for Lucas. The contest was Toms 's third in a row with at least ten points. Aidan Culler was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
St. Peter's bumped their record down to 0-5 with that defeat, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Lucas, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Peter's will be home for the holidays to greet Mansfield Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Mansfield Christian has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 280 points over their last four matches. Lucas won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against South Central at 7:30 p.m. on December 16th. Hopefully South Central focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 23 on Friday.
