Basketball Recap: ROWVA/Williamsfield Takes a Loss

ROWVA/Williamsfield suffered their closest defeat since February 13, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of the Monmouth United Red Storm by a score of 49-46. The Cougars haven't had much luck with the Red Storm recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

ROWVA/Williamsfield's loss dropped their record down to 7-19. As for Monmouth United, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 16-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. ROWVA/Williamsfield will face off against Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge] at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Monmouth United, they will square off against Bureau Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
