Softball Recap: Elkins Tigers vs. Tucker County Mountain Lions
Elkins lost against Tucker County back in April of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Elkins Tigers lost 13-1 to the Tucker County Mountain Lions. Elkins has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Elkins' defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Tucker County, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-11.
Elkins will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Lewis County at 1:00 p.m. Lewis County is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.5 runs per game this season. Tucker County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
