Softball Recap: Litchfield Purple Panthers vs. Staunton Bulldogs

Litchfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 11-1 to the Staunton Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Litchfield of the 16-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2023.

Litchfield saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Charlie Bono, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3.
