Volleyball Game Preview: Buckingham Knights vs. Nottoway Cougars + How To Watch

The Buckingham Knights are taking a road trip to square off against the Nottoway Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Buckingham is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Amelia County just ended the team's four-match winning streak on Monday. They fell 3-1 to the Raiders.

Meanwhile, Nottoway lost 3-0 to King William on Monday. The defeat continues a trend for the Cougars in their meetings with the Cavaliers: they've now lost five in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-13, 25-13.

Nottoway's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Buckingham, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 5-3.

Buckingham was able to grind out a solid victory over Nottoway in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, winning 3-1. Do the Knights have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cougars turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
