It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Trinity had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They slipped by the Eastern Eagles 64-63. The win was familiar territory for the Shamrocks, who have now won five contests in a row.

Despite the loss, Eastern still got an impressive performance from Damian Jung, who went 7-for-9 on his way to 14 points and six rebounds. Jung is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last eight games he's played. Another player making a difference was Josh Brock, who posted 11 points and three steals.

Trinity's victory bumped their record up to 16-13. As for Eastern, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 22-8.

As of now, neither Trinity nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
