Soccer Game Preview: St. Benedict's Prep vs. Livingston + How To Watch

The St. Benedict's Prep Gray Bees will venture away from home to challenge the Livingston Lancers at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. St. Benedict's Prep's defense has only allowed 0.3 goals per game this season, so Livingston's offense will have their work cut out for them.

St. Benedict's Prep is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of New Jersey's top teams: St. Peter's Prep, who was ranked 20th at the time (St. Benedict's Prep was ranked sixth). Neither the Gray Bees nor the Marauders could gain the upper hand on Saturday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked St. Benedict's Prep's first draw of the season.

Meanwhile, Monday just wasn't the day for Livingston's offense. They fell just short of Newark Academy by a score of 1-0 on Monday.

Livingston has also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-7-2 record this season. St. Benedict's Prep's draw gives them a new season record of 5-0-1.
