Basketball Recap: Jefferson Bulldogs vs. Spring Hill Panthers
Jefferson was the 35-33 winner over Spring Hill when they last played one another back in November of 2018, but their luck changed this time around. The Jefferson Bulldogs took a 40-27 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Spring Hill Panthers on Saturday.
Jefferson has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-8 record this season. As for Spring Hill, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-5.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jefferson will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Grace Community at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Spring Hill, they will face off against Gilmer at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Spring Hill is facing Gilmer at the right time seeing as Gilmer is stuck on an 11-game losing streak.
