Laney had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the five-goal drubbing they dealt West Brunswick on Tuesday. The Buccaneers never let the Trojans get on the board and left with a 5-0 win. The result was nothing new for Laney, who have now won eight matches by three goals or more so far this season.

Laney's victory bumped their record up to 14-2-1. As for West Brunswick, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-7.
