Volleyball Recap: Homer Snags Third Win in Last Four Games

Homer won the last time they faced Logan View/Scribner-Snyder and things went their way on Saturday too. The Knights came out on top against Logan View/Scribner-Snyder by a score of 2-0.

Homer easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-14.

Their offense was headlined by Chayce Abts and Annah Harris, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Madi Roeber and her 19 assists. Taiah Bird controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Homer has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. As for Logan View/Scribner-Snyder, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-12.

Coincidentally, Homer and Logan View/Scribner-Snyder will both be playing Schuyler the next time they take the court. The Knights will head out to face the Warriors at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, while Logan View/Scribner-Snyder will play them later in the day, at 10:30 a.m.
